We're hiring a Creative Strategist at MakeUGC.

Most agencies think content starts with a script.

We think it starts with understanding why someone stops scrolling.

This isn't a copywriting job. It isn't a social media manager role either. You'll work directly with the founders to build performance-first UGC campaigns for D2C brands.

What you'll do

- Break client briefs down into customer insights and pain points
- Research competitors, reviews and winning ads
- Develop creative angles, hooks and campaign concepts
- Write UGC scripts creators can naturally deliver
- Create explicit visual direction and shooting briefs
- Match creators to the right concepts
- Review creator drafts with actionable feedback
- Work with editors so every video is built for performance

You're a good fit if:

- You save ads that make you stop scrolling




- You ask "why did this work?" before "how do I copy it?"
- You understand Meta and Instagram creative, not just trends
- You think in hooks, psychology and storytelling
- You use AI to move faster, not to think for you

Bonus points: UGC, D2C brands, Meta Ads, consumer psychology, influencer marketing, performance marketing We're a small team. That means ownership from day one — you'll help define how creative strategy works here, not execute someone else's playbook.
