Role Description The Creative Strategist is a part time, hybrid role based in Kochi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. In this role, the person will develop and refine creative strategies that align with client goals, translating brand positioning into clear concepts and campaigns. Daily tasks include conducting audience and market research, crafting brand narratives and messaging frameworks, and providing creative direction for content across digital channels.

The Creative

Strategist will collaborate with designers, writers, and marketers to ensure consistent brand expression, review and refine creative outputs, and participate in client meetings to present ideas and gather feedback.



The role also involves monitoring campaign performance to inform future creative and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Creative Strategy and Brand Strategy skills to shape positioning, messaging, and campaign concepts.

Candidates should possess Creative Direction skills to guide visual and content execution and ensure cohesive brand expression.

Candidates should possess Writing skills to develop clear, compelling copy and articulate strategic ideas in client-facing documents.

Candidates should possess Research skills to analyze audiences, competitors, and market trends that inform strategic recommendations.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.

Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or branding in an agency or consultancy environment is beneficial.
