Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Creative Reels Editor role based in Hyderabad.

The Creative Reels

Editor will conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (primarily Instagram Reels and similar formats) that aligns with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming visual concepts with the creative and strategy teams, planning storyboards, capturing footage, selecting music, and applying transitions, text overlays, and effects. The role also involves adapting content for different platforms, optimizing reels for engagement, and maintaining a consistent posting style and schedule.

Editor will review performance metrics, refine content based on insights, and stay updated on platform trends, viral formats, and best practices in short-form video.



Qualifications

Strong video editing skills, including proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.

Experience in shooting and composing short-form video content, with an eye for framing, lighting, and sound.

Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas, including storyboarding, visual storytelling, and basic motion graphics.

Comfort working with social media platforms (especially Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts) and understanding their content formats and trends.

Skills in color grading, audio enhancement, and applying transitions, text, and effects to create engaging reels.

Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and pacing to align edits with music, voiceovers, and narrative flow.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a rapid-paced agency environment.

Prior experience in digital marketing or working within a creative agency environment is an advantage.

Relevant coursework or a degree in media, film, communication, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; a strong portfolio of reels and short-form video work is essential.
