About the Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Growth Hacker to help build our brand, generate qualified B2B leads, and execute innovative marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, experimenting with new marketing strategies, and leveraging digital tools to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging short-form videos and reels for digital platforms.
Edit videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
Design creative marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
Generate B2B leads through digital campaigns, outreach, and content marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies to support business objectives.
Utilize AI-powered tools to improve content creation and marketing efficiency.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results and insights.
Required Skills
Solid content creation, storytelling, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with video editing and social media content creation.
Knowledge of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and digital marketing.
Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
Experience using AI tools for content creation is an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field.
Experience managing brand-building or lead generation campaigns is preferred.
Portfolio showcasing social media content, videos, or creative projects is an advantage.
