We’re looking for a Creative Director who knows how to transform an individual into a powerful and influential personal brand.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked with content creators, influencers, founders, public personalities, or established brands, helping them grow their social media presence through compelling content, strong positioning, and creative storytelling.

As our Creative Director, you will be responsible for shaping Founder’s personal brand by defining the overall creative vision, content strategy, brand positioning, and execution across digital platforms. You should be able to identify trends, generate impactful content ideas, and lead creative initiatives that drive audience growth and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Director, Brand Strategist, or similar role.
- Proven experience working with content creators, influencers, founders, or personal brands.
- Robust understanding of content strategy, branding, storytelling, and social media growth.
- Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute high-performing content across platforms.
- A creative mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
