Role Description: The Creative Designer will work on-site in Vijayawada in a full time capacity, collaborating with marketing and product teams to create visual assets for branding, print, and digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing graphics and layouts, creating web and social media visuals, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. The role involves translating briefs into clear visual outputs, preparing files for production or development, and iterating based on feedback from stakeholders.

Designer will also stay updated on design trends and tools, contribute to creative brainstorming sessions,



and help maintain a cohesive visual identity for Shooting Stars and its clients. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Creative Design skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute original visual ideas.

Candidates should possess Graphics and Graphic Design skills for producing high-quality visual assets across print and digital formats.

Candidates should possess Branding skills to develop and maintain consistent visual identities for multiple brands.

Candidates should possess Web Design skills to create user-friendly, visually appealing layouts for websites and digital interfaces.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar).

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and responsive design best practices.

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across branding, graphics, and digital media.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and incorporate feedback.

Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
