About the Role

We are looking for an exceptionally creative and passionate leader to shape the complete brand experience of our jewellery brand. This role is ideal for someone who can transform jewellery into meaningful collections by creating compelling names, themes, stories, and customer experiences that strengthen the brand.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design-thinking mindset. Graduates from premier design and technology institutes such as IIT, NID, NIFT, Srishti, IDC School of Design, or equivalent are highly preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Collection Development

- Create unique jewellery collection concepts and seasonal themes.
- Develop collection names, product stories, emotional concepts, and brand narratives.
- Define collection attributes, inspirations, customer personas, and positioning.
- Work closely with the jewellery design team from concept to launch.

Visual Merchandising
- Design premium in-store visual merchandising strategies.
- Plan jewellery display layouts for showcases, counters, windows, and experience zones.
- Create seasonal VM concepts for festivals, bridal campaigns, and new launches.
- Standardize display guidelines across all showroom locations.

Customer Experience
- Design an exceptional luxury customer journey inside the showroom.
- Improve product presentation to increase engagement and sales.
- Develop premium packaging experiences, gift boxes, shopping bags, certificates, and unboxing concepts.
- Ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the brand's premium identity.

Creative Direction
- Guide creative teams on product photography, campaign concepts, and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, CAD, retail, and production teams.




- Ensure consistency in branding across showrooms, digital platforms, social media, website, print, and events.

Trend & Market Research
- Study global jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, and lifestyle trends.
- Analyze competitors and recommend innovative branding and merchandising ideas.
- Introduce new display concepts, materials, colours, textures, and customer engagement ideas.

Required Skills
- 5–12 years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Robust knowledge of Visual Merchandising and Brand Development.
- Excellent creativity in product storytelling and collection naming.
- Deep understanding of luxury branding and customer psychology.
- Ability to conceptualize premium retail experiences from idea to execution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including designers, marketing, retail, and production.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate from IIT, NID, NIFT, IDC School of Design (IIT Bombay), Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology, or equivalent premier design institutes.
- Experience in jewellery, luxury fashion, premium retail, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of packaging design, retail architecture, branding, and customer experience design is an added advantage.
