Roles and Responsibilities

- ✓ Conceive ideas about campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials
- ✓ Offer completed ideas to clients or team members
- ✓ Staying updated with the latest standards, processes and trends in the visual design field
- ✓ Creativity and capability to delegate responsibilities




- ✓ Entrust projects to inhouse designers and oversee storyboards
- ✓ Manage presentation of final concepts and synchronize production and dissemination for organizational use

Requirements

- ✓ Expertise in leading a team of creatives
- ✓ Adept in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- ✓ Proficiency in MS Office and graphic design software
- ✓ Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- ✓ Skilled in knowing and interpreting feedback
- ✓ Good interpersonal and communication skills
