We are looking for a skilled Crash Analyst – CAE with hands-on experience in crash simulation and vehicle safety analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ANSA, LS-DYNA/PAM-CRASH, and META Post for developing finite element models, executing crash simulations, and analyzing results to support vehicle crashworthiness and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify finite element (FE) models using ANSA.
- Perform crash simulations using LS-DYNA or PAM-CRASH.
- Analyze simulation results using META Post.
- Evaluate vehicle crashworthiness, occupant safety, and structural integrity.
- Conduct frontal, side, rear, roof crush, and offset crash analyses.
- Identify design issues and recommend improvements for crash performance.
- Correlate CAE simulation results with physical crash test data.
- Prepare technical reports and present simulation findings to design teams.
- Work closely with BIW, Body Engineering,
and Vehicle Safety teams.
- Ensure adherence to OEM and regulatory safety standards.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with ANSA.
- Hands-on experience in LS-DYNA or PAM-CRASH.
- Experience in META Post for post-processing.
- Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Understanding of Crashworthiness and Vehicle Safety.
- Experience in explicit dynamics simulations.
- Good knowledge of BIW structures and material behavior.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related discipline.
