- Minimum 1 year of experience in Counter Sales / Retail Sales / Customer Service
- Telecom or Retail experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers at the Airtel Store.
- Promote and sell Airtel products such as Prepaid, Postpaid, Broadband, DTH, and Accessories.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Complete KYC and documentation for current activations and upgrades.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a positive customer experience.
