Role Summary The Counsellor is responsible for diagnosing hair and skin conditions, providing expert consultations, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction through personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient consultations by understanding concerns, medical history, and expectations.
- Diagnose hair and skin conditions and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Educate patients on available treatments, products, and expected outcomes.
- Utilize in-depth product and service knowledge to address patient queries effectively.
- Promote clinic services and products aligned with patient needs.
- Handle and resolve patient complaints by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.




- Maintain accurate records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Provide feedback to management regarding product/service improvements and market trends.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc & M.Sc Nutrition, BPT, Pharm.D
- Valid Provisional, medical registration/license

- Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and good English communication

Training Policy
- Mandatory offline training for up to 2 weeks in Chennai (Travel tickets & accommodation company will take care)
- Salary provided from Day 1 of joining
