negotiate, and manage commercial contracts with strong risk assessment and bid support. ▪ Project Advisory: Partner with contract manager & business teams on contract execution, claims, and dispute mitigation. ▪ Compliance & Governance: Advise on IP, antitrust, ESG, and broader regulatory matters. ▪ Disputes & Collaboration: Handle disputes and litigation, manage external counsel, and drive stakeholder engagement and training Qualifications &

Experience — Excellent And Proven In Practice ▪ The candidate should be a fully qualified lawyer with solid academic credentials, with an Indian legal background being essential. ▪ Approximately 4–7 years of post-qualification experience in relevant practice areas is expected, gained in a leading law firm and/or inhouse legal function Skills &
