Experience required: Minimum three years’ experience as a Costs Lawyer / Law Costs Draftsman Location: North West (Merseyside) Salary: Competitive County Costs is looking to recruit a highly capable Costs Lawyer / Law Costs Draftsman to join its successful team of legal costs experts. This successful candidate will be responsible for all costs related matters of assigned cases including preparing Bills of Costs, Court documents, Points of Dispute and Replies. They will be expected to provide costs advice to clients, and handle costs negotiations.

Suitable candidates will be hard working, pro-active and well organised. They will be able to deliver high quality work to clients whilst meeting individual performance targets.
