Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Estimation & Bidding Executive to manage the end-to-end estimation and tendering process for commercial interior fit-out and co-working space projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, cost analysis, and submission of competitive bids while ensuring profitability and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural drawings, tender documents, specifications, and project requirements for commercial and co-working interior projects.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior fit-out works.
- Analyze project scope and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and design intent.
- Obtain quotations from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers and conduct comparative cost analysis.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, project execution, and business development teams for accurate bid submissions.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms with vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain a database of material costs, labour rates, and historical project costing for future reference.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and clarify tender-related queries with clients.




- Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive bidding strategies.
- Support management with project budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out estimation and tendering processes.
- Expertise in preparing BOQs, rate analysis, and cost planning.
- Understanding of commercial office interiors and co-working space design standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools/software.
- Ability to interpret architectural, MEP, and furniture drawings.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

- Minimum 4 years of experience in cost estimation and bidding within the interior designing industry, specifically handling commercial office fit-outs and co-working projects.
- Experience working with interior contracting firms, design-build companies, or workplace solution providers will be preferred.
