Job Title: Senior Associate – Data Analyst (Procure to Pay)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Associate – Data Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within the Telecom industry.

The role involves analyzing procurement and finance data, building insightful dashboards, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting business stakeholders with data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent reporting skills, and a solid understanding of procurement operations, vendor management, invoice processing, and purchasing workflows. Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze procurement, purchasing, and financial data to generate meaningful business insights.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Perform advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, VBA/Macros preferred).

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership and business stakeholders.

Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization through data analysis.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple reporting platforms. Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations:

Analyze end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes including:

Purchase Requisitions

Purchase Orders

Goods Receipt

Invoice Processing

Vendor Payments





Monitor procurement KPIs and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Support spends analysis and vendor performance reporting.

Track procurement cycle times and identify process improvement opportunities.

Perform invoice reconciliation and exception analysis.

Assist with procurement compliance and internal controls.

Business Intelligence & Automation

Design automated dashboards for procurement and finance teams.

Build self-service reports to improve business visibility.

Create data models and visualizations for executive reporting.

Recommend automation opportunities to eliminate manual reporting.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve reporting efficiency.

Stakeholder

Management

Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Telecom Operations, and Business Leaders.

Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and convert them into actionable dashboards.

Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management.

Support internal and external audit requests related to procurement reporting.

Continuous

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.

Standardize reporting templates and KPI dashboards.





Support digital transformation and reporting automation initiatives.

Participate in process improvement and business excellence projects.

3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS Reporting, or Business Intelligence.

Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Experience in the Telecom industry is highly preferred.

Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa is desirable.
