At Multi Seats Pvt. Ltd., we're expanding our team and are looking for a Cost Analysis Engineer who is passionate about numbers, manufacturing, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

✔ Prepare detailed product cost sheets for recent and existing products.

✔ Analyze Bills of Materials (BOM) and manufacturing costs.

✔ Estimate material, labour, overhead and conversion costs.

✔ Work closely with Design, Procurement & Production teams during product development.

✔ Conduct cost variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.

✔ Support value engineering initiatives to improve profitability.

✔ Evaluate vendor quotations and component costing.

✔ Monitor raw material price fluctuations and their impact on product costs.





✔ Assist in pricing strategies for tenders and customer quotations.

✔ Generate periodic cost reports and MIS for management.

✔ Experience with sheet metal, wood, upholstery or foam costing Preferred Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or furniture industry (preferred)

Strong knowledge of Excel

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in product costing and cost optimization
