- Develop and improve formulations for skincare, haircare and personal-care products.
- Conduct laboratory trials, stability testing and packaging-compatibility studies.
- Select and evaluate cosmetic raw materials, active ingredients and preservatives.
- Scale laboratory formulations to commercial production and coordinate with manufacturing partners.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with Cosmetics Rules, BIS standards and GMP requirements.
