Role Description The Corporate Trainer / Instructor – Juniper Networking is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering high-quality Juniper networking courses to corporate clients and individual learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating training materials, conducting live virtual training sessions, and guiding participants through hands-on labs and real-world scenarios.

The role involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting certification exam readiness for Juniper technologies. The trainer will collaborate with the curriculum team to keep content aligned with current industry standards and Juniper product updates, while maintaining detailed training records and reports.



This position also includes responding to learner queries, contributing to continuous improvement of course offerings, and upholding Koenig’s standards of customer-focused, accessible education.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Juniper networking technologies, including routing, switching, and security, with relevant Juniper certifications (e.g., JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP) preferred.
- Proven experience delivering technical training or corporate workshops in networking or related IT domains, ideally to diverse global audiences.
- Solid understanding of core networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to design, structure, and update training materials, lab exercises, and assessments that align with current Juniper certification paths and industry practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner.
- Strong virtual classroom facilitation skills, including proficiency with online training platforms, remote collaboration tools, and learning management systems.
- Demonstrated mentoring and coaching abilities, with a learner-focused mindset and commitment to supporting varied learning styles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant industry experience in network engineering, network administration, or consulting, particularly in Juniper-based environments.
