Aignosis Artificial Intelligence Private Limited is a growing AI-driven HealthTech organization focused on leveraging Artificial Intelligence, technology, and data-driven solutions to improve healthcare accessibility, early intervention, screening, and patient outcomes.

As we scale our healthcare and social-impact initiatives, we are looking for a strategic and experienced CSR Head – HealthTech & Social Impact who can build and lead CSR programs at the intersection of Healthcare, AI, Technology, Community Development, and Social Impact.

This role will be responsible for developing high-impact CSR initiatives that use technology and healthcare innovation to create measurable outcomes for underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead Aignosis AI's CSR and HealthTech social-impact strategy, aligned with the organization's healthcare and technology vision.

Design and implement CSR programs focused on healthcare accessibility, preventive healthcare, early screening, child health, maternal health, mental wellness, health awareness, and digital health.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI, digital platforms, data, and technology to address healthcare challenges in underserved communities.

Develop community-based healthcare programs in collaboration with hospitals, healthcare institutions, NGOs, government bodies, schools, and community organizations.

Conduct community needs assessments and identify healthcare gaps that can be addressed through technology-enabled interventions.

Develop Theory of Change, baseline indicators, KPIs, and measurable health and social-impact outcomes for CSR programs.

Own the complete CSR lifecycle including strategy, program design, partner selection, implementation, monitoring, impact assessment, and closure.

Build strategic partnerships with NGOs, hospitals, medical institutions, universities, government health departments, public-health organizations, and technology partners.

Explore opportunities to deploy Aignosis AI's capabilities in AI-powered healthcare screening, early detection, health awareness, digital health, and community healthcare initiatives.

Develop scalable programs that improve access to healthcare for underserved and vulnerable communities.

Lead partner due diligence, evaluation, onboarding, governance, milestone-based funding, and performance monitoring.

Manage CSR budgets, utilization, timelines, compliance,



and reporting across multiple initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Section 135, Schedule VII, CSR Rules, and applicable CSR reporting and governance requirements.

Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, Medical/Clinical, Product, Technology, and Leadership teams for effective execution of CSR initiatives.

Establish robust systems for impact measurement, monitoring, evaluation, data collection, and outcome reporting.

Track the measurable impact of HealthTech initiatives through relevant metrics such as beneficiaries reached, screenings conducted, healthcare access improved, early interventions enabled, and communities supported.

Identify opportunities for AI-enabled employee volunteering and technology-led community engagement programs.

Develop CSR impact reports, leadership presentations, case studies, success stories, and stakeholder communication.

Represent Aignosis AI at CSR, HealthTech, healthcare, social-impact, and sustainability forums.

Stay updated on government healthcare initiatives, CSR regulations, public-health priorities, and emerging HealthTech opportunities.

Identify successful programs and develop strategies to scale them across geographies and communities.

Qualifications & Experience

Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Management,



Development Studies, Rural Management, Public Policy, CSR, Sustainability, Management, or a related field.

10+ years of overall experience in CSR, social impact, healthcare programs, sustainability, community development, public health, or the development sector.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in CSR leadership, portfolio ownership, strategic partnerships, or large-scale program management.

Proven experience in developing and managing healthcare or community-focused CSR initiatives.

Experience working with NGOs, hospitals, healthcare organizations, government health departments, CSR foundations, donor agencies, or development organizations.

Strong knowledge of Section 135, Schedule VII, CSR Rules, CSR compliance, governance, and reporting.

Experience managing significant CSR budgets and multi-stakeholder programs.

Experience in HealthTech, digital health, AI, healthcare innovation, preventive healthcare, public health, or technology-enabled social impact will be strongly preferred.

Knowledge of government healthcare and community-development schemes will be an advantage.

Experience in working with AI/technology teams or technology-enabled healthcare programs will be an added advantage.
