As we expand our program offerings and student footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Corporate Relations Officer to drive high-impact industry partnerships and career placement success.
Role Summary The Corporate Relations Officer will play a pivotal role in establishing, maintaining, and expanding strategic relationships with corporate partners, industry leaders, and recruiters. You will be responsible for end-to-end placement drives, expanding corporate tie-ups, aligning training modules with current market needs, and ensuring our graduates secure meaningful career opportunities across relevant industries.
Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Partnership & Business Development
- Identify, target, and onboard recent corporate clients, MNCs, startups, and domain-specific organizations to expand Beat Educations' recruitment partner network.
- Lead outreach campaigns, pitch presentations, and contractual negotiations (MOUs) for campus drives, internships, and hiring partnerships.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition leads, and industry executives.
1. Placement Management & Operations
- Plan and execute seamless placement drives (both virtual and on-campus) for various training batches.
- Serve as the primary liaison between corporate recruiters and Beat Educations' placement cell during the recruitment lifecycle (from alignment to final offer letters).
- Track, analyze, and report placement metrics (placement percentage, average salary packages, recruiter feedback) to leadership.
1. Industry Intelligence & Curriculum Alignment
- Gather real-time feedback from hiring partners regarding market skill demands, hiring trends, and candidate performance.
- Collaborate internally with the academic and curriculum teams to update course modules, ensuring student skill sets align with corporate expectations.
- Organize guest lectures, industry visits, CXO roundtables, and corporate workshops to increase industry exposure for students.
1. Student Mentorship & Employability Support
- Work with the career readiness team to assess student readiness through mock interviews, resume reviews, and soft-skill development.
- Guide students on industry expectations, career choices, and professional etiquette.
- Manage student expectations and ensure high candidate participation and decorum during recruitment drives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Placement Rate: % of job-ready students placed within target timeframes.
- Corporate Onboarding: Number of new corporate partners added per quarter.
- Repeat Recruiters:
Retention rate of active hiring partners.
- Quality of Offers: Average compensation packages and relevance of roles secured.
Requirements & QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree: MBA, Marketing, Human Resources, Mass Communication, or related fields preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in corporate relations, placement operations, corporate sales, or university relations within an educational institute, EdTech firm, or recruitment consulting firm.

- Network & Industry Contacts: Existing network of corporate HR contacts, talent acquisition professionals, and hiring managers.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior corporate leadership.
- Negotiation & Pitching: Persuasive communication skills tailored for B2B client acquisition.
- Data & Process Management: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and placement tracking systems.
- Adaptability: Deep understanding of current hiring trends across key industries (e.g., Tech, Finance, Digital Marketing, Healthcare, or Management).
