We're now expanding our Placement & Corporate Relations team and are looking for a passionate Corporate Relations Executive who can build strong hiring partnerships with companies and help our students secure exciting career opportunities.

Role: Corporate Relations Executive

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Research companies that are actively hiring Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Analysts, AI Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technology professionals.
- Identify and connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Recruitment Consultants, Hiring Managers, and Engineering Leaders.
- Build hiring partnerships through LinkedIn, email campaigns, phone calls, networking events, and referrals.
- Understand company hiring requirements and coordinate internally to recommend suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the complete recruitment process between students and employers.
- Maintain an updated database of companies, recruiters, hiring contacts, job openings, interview schedules, and hiring status.
- Follow up consistently with hiring partners to maximize placement opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with recruitment teams and hiring managers across startups, product companies, service companies, and MNCs.
- Collaborate closely with the Placement Team, Trainers, and Student Success Team to improve hiring outcomes.
- Track daily outreach activities, meetings,



job requirements, interview conversions, and placement statistics.
- Meet monthly outreach, partnership, and placement targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with HR professionals and business leaders.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
