We are looking for freshers who are confident, proactive, and interested in gaining practical experience in B2B corporate sales and business development within the travel industry.
Role: Corporate Growth Associate
This is a work-from-home, client-facing sales role , where you will contribute to business development by identifying potential corporate clients, reaching out to decision-makers, introducing ARCH Destinations India and its services, and promoting our travel-tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential corporate clients
- Connect with prospective clients through phone calls, LinkedIn, email and other professional communication channels
- Generate leads and fix meetings with decision-makers such as HR, Admin, and Procurement teams
- Conduct virtual presentations and demos of our platform
- Pitch our Subscription plan model to potential clients
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective corporate clients
- Support in closing deals and onboarding recent accounts
- Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management
Who We’re Looking For
- Freshers who are interested in sales, business development, or the travel industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in phone conversations and virtual meetings
- Comfortable communicating with corporate decision-makers
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to work towards targets
- Basic understanding of corporate environments is a plus
- Having your own laptop is a pre-requisite
