About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented professional to lead and grow our corporate, wedding, and bulk gifting business .
The ideal candidate is highly personable, commercially minded, and understands how to position a premium beauty brand within the worlds of corporate gifting, weddings, events, hospitality, and luxury experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and build relationships with:
- Corporate clients
- Wedding planners
- Event agencies
- Luxury concierge services
- Hospitality partners
- PR and gifting agencies
- Dermats & Trichologists & Clinics
- Airlines
- Salons
- Other Brand Partnerships
Drive bulk order opportunities across festive gifting, employee gifting, wedding hampers, influencer gifting, and special events Proactively pitch the brand to potential partners and clients
Sales & Account Management
- Own the end-to-end gifting process — from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closure
- Manage inbound gifting inquiries and convert them into revenue opportunities
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and seasonal partnerships
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution and delivery
Brand Representation
- Represent the brand externally at meetings, events, networking opportunities, and industry gatherings
- Ensure all gifting proposals and presentations reflect the brand’s premium positioning and identity
- Identify strategic opportunities for brand visibility through collaborations and partnerships
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the gifting vertical
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging gifting opportunities
- Work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the gifting business
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, gifting, events, luxury sales, or brand alliances
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications , or a related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to confidently represent and sell a premium brand
- Highly organized with strong project management and coordination abilities
- Commercially driven with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Existing network within corporate, wedding, hospitality, or luxury industries is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
