(Responsible for end-to-end processing of mandatory & voluntary corporate action events, including monitoring, announcement scrubbing, entitlement computation, liability management, and instruction processing while ensuring SLA adherence and operational accuracy)

Key Responsibilities

- Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across global markets.
- Monitor event announcements, key deadlines, and eligible client positions.
- Manage voluntary event elections and ensure timely instruction submission to custodians and agents.
- Validate and process entitlements, cash and stock proceeds, and accounting bookings.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and exceptions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, custodians,



counterparties, and global teams for event resolution.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls.
- Prepare MIS, reports, and support process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
- 46 years of experience in Corporate Actions Operations within Investment Banking or Capital Markets.
- Robust understanding of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.
