About the Role

We are seeking a Copilot Studio Developer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on Microsoft Copilot Studio, conversational AI, AI agents, Power Platform, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and AI-generated technical content evaluation.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated Copilot Studio solutions, conversational workflows, prompt designs, plugin integrations, Power Automate flows, AI agent configurations, and technical documentation. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for enterprise copilots, business automation, conversational AI, and Microsoft AI solutions.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure AI, conversational AI, enterprise automation, or Microsoft ecosystem development.

Responsibilities

- Review AI-generated Copilot Studio projects, conversation flows, plugins, Power Automate workflows, Power FX expressions, adaptive dialogs, connectors, and solution architectures.
- Evaluate enterprise AI agents involving business process automation, customer support, employee productivity, knowledge management, IT service management, HR, finance, and operations.
- Verify AI-generated recommendations for agent design, authentication, API integrations, Microsoft 365 connectivity, Dataverse implementation, and governance.




- Assess AI-generated solutions for scalability, maintainability, usability, security, and production readiness.
- Identify workflow issues, integration failures, prompt design flaws, security risks, performance bottlenecks, and user experience gaps.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in Copilot Studio development, conversational AI, and enterprise automation.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, enterprise automation, conversational AI, or software development.
- Building AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Developing Power Automate workflows and enterprise automation solutions.
- Integrating Microsoft 365 services, Dataverse, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Designing conversational AI experiences and prompt-based workflows.
- Reviewing AI-generated Copilot Studio solutions and technical documentation.
- Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python , or Power FX is preferred.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and cloud-based integrations.
- Excellent analytical thinking, debugging, solution architecture, documentation, and written English communication skills.




- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate enterprise AI solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Microsoft partners, enterprise organizations, consulting firms, system integrators, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or digital transformation teams.
- Experience developing enterprise copilots for customer support, HR, IT, finance, operations, knowledge management, or employee productivity.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated conversational flows, automation workflows, prompt libraries, solution architectures, or enterprise documentation.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, AI benchmarking, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), or enterprise AI governance is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
- or equivalent Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
