Position
Summary
Pinnacle FutureBuild Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Accounts Manager to manage contract administration and accounts receivable functions.
The incumbent will be responsible for contract tracking, invoice generation, receivables management, customer coordination, commercial documentation, and ensuring timely recovery of payments in accordance with contractual terms. The role requires close collaboration with Project, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Business teams to ensure efficient contract execution and financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities Contract Management
Draft, review, evaluate, and administer contracts, work orders, amendments, and commercial agreements.
Maintain accurate records of all contract documents, terms, milestones, payment schedules, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Identify contractual, commercial, operational, and financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and closure.
Support contract variations, change orders, claims, disputes, extensions, and commercial negotiations.
Accounts
Receivable & Recovery
Monitor and manage accounts receivable for all contractual projects.
Track outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections as per agreed payment terms.
Generate customer invoices in accordance with contract milestones.
Prepare and issue Statements of Accounts and payment reminders.
Coordinate with customers to resolve billing queries and payment discrepancies.
Work closely with Project Managers and Finance teams to ensure smooth billing and collections.
Maintain detailed records of receivables, collections, and outstanding balances.
Financial
Reporting & MIS
Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports related to receivables and contract status.
Generate periodic Accounts Receivable ageing reports and recovery dashboards.
Analyze payment trends and highlight overdue accounts.
Provide timely updates to senior management regarding receivable status, collection performance, and financial risks. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Finance, Projects, Procurement, Legal, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless contract administration.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete contract and receivable documentation.
Contribute to process improvements for billing, collections,
and contract management. Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Management and Accounts Receivable.
Experience in contract-based project environments such as Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, BIM, Consulting, or EPC organizations will be preferred.
Exposure to customer billing, commercial documentation, receivable recovery, and contract administration.
Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is an advantage.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications in Finance, Contracts, or Commercial Management will be an added advantage.
