Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Contract & Proposal professional. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and proposals for clinical research projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.





Daily responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather study-specific information, preparing cost estimates and proposals, and negotiating contractual terms with sponsors and partners under guidance from leadership. The position requires maintaining a centralized contract repository, tracking contract status and key milestones, and supporting timely contract execution and amendments. The role also includes analyzing contractual risks, recommending mitigation strategies, and contributing to continuous improvement of templates, processes, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates with B. Pharm /M.Sc. can apply.
- Candidates should possess strong Contract Management and Contractual Agreements skills for drafting, reviewing, and maintaining clinical research contracts and related documentation.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Communication skills to collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams and to support favorable, clear, and compliant contract terms.
- Relevant experience in contracts, proposals, within a CRO.
