Based in Bangalore, the team delivers scalable, high-quality, technology-enabled support through an integrated offshore–onshore model.

Role &
Responsibilities You will work with senior offshore and onshore team members, own defined analytical workstreams and deliver high-quality, defensible outputs.
Core Responsibilities: Coordinating with UK stakeholders and contributing to high-quality engagement deliverables. Reviewing contract, royalty, licensing, revenue share and IP clauses across media and entertainment contracts. Developing risk-based workplans and audit procedures to test contractual expectations against financial outcomes.
Identifying pricing issues, under-reported revenues, overcharges, anomalies and leakage. Data & Financial Modelling Focus [PT3] Using tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx or equivalent platforms to cleanse, transform and reconcile data.
Developing financial models to: Validate pricing, rebates, royalties,
and revenue share calculations Recompute contractual outputs independently Perform variance and root-cause analysis Building tailored reconciliation models to compare contractual expectations with actual financial performance.
Using Visual
Studio, VS Code or equivalent IDEs for Python-based analytics, including packages, command line access and reusable scripts. Standardising repeatable modelling approaches. Visualisation & Insights Creating Power BI dashboards and visualisations for onshore teams and clients Translating complex data models into clear, actionable commercial insights Supporting development of client-ready outputs and presentations Audit & Delivery Curious about using technology to improve engagement efficiency, quality and scalability.
Identifying opportunities to automate repeatable data preparation, reconciliation and testing steps. Supporting the development of reusable templates, models and analytical approaches.
Using
Copilot and agent-based tools for workpaper preparation, data quality checks, first-cut commentary, anomaly identification and repetitive workstreams. Supporting process walkthroughs and documenting key findings Ensuring audit defensibility through clear documentation and evidence mapping Producing structured, high-quality analysis for inclusion in client reports Collaborating with senior stakeholders across KGS and UK teams [PT4] Required Experience &
Key Skills Candidates from audit, data analytics, finance, forensic, royalty audit or advisory backgrounds are preferred, with 6–10 years’ experience in Big Four consulting or accounting firms [PT5] .
Strong emphasis on: Commercial understanding of the business context in which suppliers, licensees or third-party partners provide and charge for their services.
Advanced Excel and data modelling skills: Complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query and structured workbook design Structured modelling for large datasets Scenario and sensitivity analysis SQL and/or Python experience for data transformation, testing and automation Financial Modelling Expertise: Experience building models for revenue validation, pricing, and cost analysis Strong understanding of P&L; and commercial constructs Ability to translate contractual clauses into quantitative logic Experience with royalty, licensing,
revenue share or contract compliance reviews is preferred Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools is preferred.
Experience with Python, Visual Studio, VS Code or similar IDEs is desirable.
Experience or interest in using Copilot and agents for repetitive analytical, documentation, quality-checking or workflow tasks is desirable.
