We are hiring a Chef de Partie (CDP) – Continental for a premium café. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality continental dishes, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present continental dishes as per the café's recipes and quality standards.

- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.

- Manage daily kitchen operations within the assigned section.

- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (FSSAI/HACCP).

- Monitor inventory levels and minimize food wastage.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.

- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.





- Follow SOPs and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or Commis in a continental café, restaurant, or hotel.

- Experience in specialty cafés or fine dining is preferred.
