Overview: The Content Writer & Social Media Team Lead is a dual-role position focused on creating engaging content while strategically managing a team to drive brand visibility and audience engagement. This role requires expertise in crafting high-quality content, strategizing impactful campaigns, and mentoring team members to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Write and edit blogs, website content, email campaigns, social media content and marketing materials.
- Research industry trends to create relevant and valuable content.

- Social Media Strategy & Management:

- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms.
- Create content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Increase audience engagement and reach through creative storytelling and visuals.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship:

- Lead and mentor a team of content writers and social media executives.
- Assign tasks, review performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content and campaigns.

- Analytics & Reporting:





- Analyze social media performance using tools like Facebook/Instagram Insights and more.
- Generate performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
- Monitor key metrics like engagement, traffic, and conversions to measure ROI.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with design, development, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- Partner with stakeholders to align content with marketing strategies.
- Manage communication with internal stakeholders to meet project expectations.

- Innovation & Trends:

- Stay updated on social media and content creation trends.
- Suggest innovative approaches to content marketing and social media campaigns.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance audience reach.

- Crisis Management:

- Handle negative feedback and manage online reputation effectively.
- Ensure timely resolution of any issues affecting brand image.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in content writing and social media management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Solid leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Hootsuite, and Buffer.
- Creativity and the ability to innovate in content and campaign design.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
