Role Description The Content Writer will be responsible for developing clear, engaging written materials that support Real Jobs Consulting Services’ placement and HR consulting offerings. Day-to-day tasks include researching industry topics, writing and refining web content, job postings, service descriptions, blogs, and social media copy, and ensuring all content is accurate and aligned with the company’s brand voice.

The role also involves collaborating with consultants to translate complex HR and placement concepts into accessible content for both client organizations and job seekers. This is a full time,



on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring regular coordination with the local team and participation in planning and review meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to produce clear, professional, and audience-focused materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Research to plan content calendars and create well-informed, relevant pieces.
- Candidates should possess solid Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards across all content.
- Strong command of written English and the ability to adapt tone and style for different channels and audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, professional services, or consulting content is advantageous but not mandatory.
