If yes, YODDHAA is looking for a Content Writer Manager to lead our Academic Content team and drive the development of engaging, accurate, and student-focused study materials for competitive examinations such as NDA, JEE, NEET, and MHT-CET.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of academic content writers.
- Plan, review, edit, and approve study notes, question banks, mock tests, assignments, worksheets, and revision materials.
- Collaborate with faculty members and subject matter experts to develop curriculum-aligned content.
- Ensure all content is factually accurate, plagiarism-free, easy to understand, and academically sound.
- Maintain content quality standards, editorial guidelines, and formatting consistency.
- Conduct proofreading and quality checks before publication.
- Manage multiple content projects while ensuring timely delivery.
- Train and evaluate content writers to improve productivity and content quality.
- Coordinate with the design team for layout and publication of study materials.
- Continuously improve content based on curriculum updates, faculty feedback, and student requirements.




- Utilize AI-assisted content tools responsibly to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Science, Humanities, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic content writing, curriculum development, or educational publishing.
- Prior experience managing a content team is preferred.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of competitive exam content and academic writing standards.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and AI-powered content tools.
