About the Role

We are seeking a talented Content Writer who can research, create, edit, and manage high-quality content across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have robust writing skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging, and audience-focused manner.

You will collaborate with social media, design, marketing, and project teams to develop impactful content for campaigns, fundraising initiatives, websites, blogs, reports, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Strategy & Planning (25%)
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to identify content opportunities.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, projects, and awareness initiatives.
- Plan weekly content themes and publishing schedules.
- Content Creation & Storytelling (35%)
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, WhatsApp Channels, websites, blogs, newsletters, and fundraising campaigns.
- Write captions, blogs, articles, campaign content, beneficiary stories, donor communications, reports, and video scripts.




- Produce compelling storytelling content highlighting organizational projects, CSR initiatives, partnerships, and achievements.
- SEO & Website Content (15%)
- Develop SEO-friendly website pages and blog articles.
- Conduct keyword research and fact-checking before publishing.
- Optimize content for search visibility and user engagement.
- Collaboration & Quality Assurance (15%)
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and project teams to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain consistency, quality, grammar, and brand guidelines.
- Support the development of presentations, brochures, banners, certificates, reports, and event branding materials.
- Content Performance & Innovation (10%)
- Monitor content performance using analytics and engagement metrics.
- Identify trends, hashtags, and emerging content opportunities.
- Recommend improvements to enhance audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English Literature, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Candidates from B.A., B.M.M., B.M.S., BBA,



B.Com (Marketing), or equivalent programs are encouraged to apply.
- 1–4 years of professional experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital content optimization.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and interview performance).
