Role Description The Content Writer (Intern) will contribute to HR Observer’s daily editorial output by researching HR and workplace topics, drafting articles, and creating web-ready content.

Responsibilities include writing and revising news pieces, features, and opinion content, proofreading for clarity and accuracy, and aligning drafts with editorial guidelines and content strategy. The intern will support the editorial team in identifying story ideas, sourcing credible references, and optimizing content for digital readership. This is a remote internship role,



offering practical experience in digital publishing and exposure to the global HR landscape.

Qualifications

- Ability to produce clear, engaging Web Content Writing and strong general Writing for digital audiences.
- Capability to contribute to Content Strategy by aligning topics and formats with editorial and audience goals.
- Demonstrated Research skills to gather, verify, and synthesize information from credible sources.
- Attention to detail in Proofreading to ensure accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness.
- Robust interest in HR, business, and the future of work, with a willingness to learn about industry trends.
- Effective written communication skills in English and ability to follow editorial guidelines and deadlines.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Journalism, Communications, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
