Role Description This is a full time, remote Content Writer role based "Remotely".

The Content

Writer will create clear, engaging, and insight-driven content for web pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media aligned with Early Customers brand voice and product positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching buyer intent trends, interviewing internal stakeholders, and transforming product insights into compelling narratives, case studies, and educational resources. The role involves collaborating closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to support campaigns, improve messaging, and maintain a consistent content calendar.

Writer will also review and refine existing content, ensure accuracy and coherence, and apply feedback from peers and leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong writing skills, including Web Content Writing and general Writing, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Experience in Content Strategy and Research to plan, structure, and validate content that supports marketing and product goals.
- Proficiency in Proofreading to ensure error-free, clear, and consistent content across all touchpoints.
- Excellent command of written English and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or marketing/lead-generation products.
- Familiarity with social platforms such as Reddit, LinkedIn, and Twitter and how buyers express intent online.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
