About The Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Intern who will support our leadership’s presence on social platforms (especially LinkedIn), help create newsletters, and manage engaging content across Instagram and other channels. You will work closely with the marketing and communications teams to build and strengthen our online voice with clarity, creativity, and strategic intent.

Key Responsibilities

- Create compelling and professional content for LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and other platforms
- Work with senior leadership to communicate ideas, insights, and thought leadership content in written and visual formats
- Support content ideation, scheduling, posting,



and basic performance tracking
- Assist in growing engagement and community interaction with consistent, brand-aligned posts
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for creative assets
- Maintain content calendars and help with execution of campaigns and newsletters

What We’re Looking For
- Freshers passionate about social media, content, and storytelling (1–2 yrs experience is also fine)
- Strong written communication and creative thinking skills
- Portfolio showcasing social media work (LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, blogs, content series, campaigns) — required
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content and audience dynamics
- Basic experience with design or content tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, video editing tools) is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru with your own laptop.
