? We are Hiring: Content & Social Media Intern | Trana | Bengaluru
Do you enjoy creating content around real people, live events and unforgettable experiences rather than spending all day editing stock templates?
At Trana , we are building healthier workplaces through sports, fitness and wellness experiences. We partner with MNCs and tech parks across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai , and have delivered 50+ corporate events annually while engaging 100,000+ participants .
We are looking for a Content & Social Media Intern who can help us tell these stories better.
What you will do:
? Capture photos and videos at live corporate sports and wellness events
✍️ Create engaging content across Instagram and LinkedIn — Reels, carousels, static creatives, event recaps, captions and behind-the-scenes stories
?️ Organize and build our content library using event photos and videos
? Manage and execute our social media content calendar
? Assist in creating client success stories, website content and sales collateral
? Track content performance and contribute ideas to improve reach and engagement
? Brainstorm fresh content ideas, experiment with new formats and work closely with our founders and operations team to build the Trana brand
Who we are looking for
✔️ Someone who genuinely enjoys creating content—you create because you love it,
not just because it's an assignment.
✔️ Comfortable with Canva or CapCut.
✔️ Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Nano Banana or any other AI tool for content generation.
✔️ Confident writing short, engaging captions and storytelling through visuals
✔️ Comfortable shooting high-quality photos and videos on your smartphone during rapid-paced live events
✔️ Organized enough to manage a growing content library
✔️ Willing to travel across Bengaluru for corporate events and available for occasional evenings or weekends when required.
✔️ Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Mass Communication, Marketing, Design or a related field—or just genuinely good at this.
