**Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Producer role based in Kottayam, Kerala, India.

The Content

Producer will plan, create, and curate engaging content across print and digital channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s editorial standards and audience needs.

Responsibilities include generating story ideas, scripting and structuring content, coordinating with editors, designers, and video teams, and adapting content for multiple formats and platforms. The role involves tracking content performance, incorporating audience feedback, and supporting special projects, campaigns, and multimedia features.

Producer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality and tone.

Qualifications

- Must hold a PG/ UG degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field ( MANDATORY)
- Candidates should possess strong content creation and storytelling skills, including experience in writing, editing, and structuring narratives for diverse media formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital content production, such as basic knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, and optimizing content for online audiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in research and information gathering, including the ability to verify sources, understand audience interests, and translate complex topics into accessible content.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and project coordination skills, including working with editorial, design, and production teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Strong command of English and Malayalam, attention to detail, and familiarity with the Kerala media landscape are highly advantageous.
- Prior experience in newsrooms, digital media, or content production environments will be considered an added advantage.**
