Role Summary:

Optum is looking for a Content Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist to create compelling marketing content and sales enablement assets that support product launches, campaigns, and business growth. The role involves content creation, sales toolkit management, editorial planning, and maintaining sales and marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, LinkedIn posts, and infographics.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, FAQs, battle cards, and sales toolkits.
- Manage event marketing assets, monthly sales newsletters, and website content updates.
- Maintain Sales Hub, editorial calendars, content trackers, and marketing asset repositories.




- Track asset performance and ensure all materials comply with brand, legal, and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in content marketing and content creation.
- Robust writing skills for blogs, white papers, articles, and social media.
- Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience designing PowerPoint presentations.
- Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or provider marketing.
- Experience supporting sales enablement and technology marketing teams.
