Eligibility
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Moderation, BPO, or a relevant domain.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (247 environment).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates platform policies.
- Ensure high accuracy while reviewing text, images, and videos.
- Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
