What You'll Do

- Turn brand goals into creative content ideas.
- Plan monthly content calendars that people actually want to see.
- Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Script reels, write briefs, and develop campaign concepts.
- Plan and lead content shoots —from idea to execution.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and account managers to bring ideas to life.
- Keep experimenting, testing, and improving content based on performance.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Content Strategy or Social Media Marketing.




- Someone who can think of great content ideas and confidently plan & direct shoots.
- A strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and what's trending.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple brands without missing deadlines.
- A creative mind that's always asking, "How can we make this better?"
