Job Title: YouTube CMS & Music Distribution Specialist

Overview

We are hiring an on-site YouTube CMS & Music Distribution Specialist to manage our digital catalog, Content ID rights, and music delivery across global DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Meta, TikTok).

Key Responsibilities

- YouTube CMS & Content ID: Upload reference files, set match policies (Monetize/Block/Track), resolve ownership conflicts, and clear claim disputes/appeals.
- Music Distribution & Metadata: Ingest audio tracks via DDEX/distribution portals, assign ISRCs/UPCs, and audit metadata (artists, songwriters, lyrics) to prevent rejections.
- Platform & Royalty Ops: Extract monthly financial/asset reports,



assist with royalty calculations, and ensure catalog compliance with platform rules.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in YouTube CMS and music distribution at an MCN, music label, or digital distributor.
- Valid YouTube Content Ownership or YouTube Music certification.
- Solid understanding of Content ID, DDEX, ISRCs/UPCs, and digital copyright rules.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
