About the Role

We are seeking a Content Hub Engineer with robust experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms to support enterprise content and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering, configuring, and integrating DAM solutions and will play a key role in managing digital assets, workflows, metadata, and content distribution processes.

Candidates with experience in platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (Assets), Bynder, Aprimo, Acquia DAM (Widen), OpenText Media Management, Cloudinary, Frontify, Brandfolder, Canto, or similar DAM solutions are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and enhance Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
- Design and maintain metadata models, taxonomy structures, asset classifications, and governance standards.
- Configure workflows for asset ingestion, review, approval, publishing, and archival.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and content teams to understand content management requirements.
- Develop and support integrations between DAM, CMS, PIM, MarTech, and other enterprise applications.
- Implement and maintain asset lifecycle management processes.
- Manage user permissions, roles, security, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to business users.




- Improve automation, asset discoverability, and content distribution capabilities.
- Participate in DAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

- 58 years of overall experience in Digital Asset Management, Content Management, or Content Operations.
- Hands-on experience with one or more DAM platforms:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets)

- Bynder

- Aprimo

- Acquia DAM (Widen)

- OpenText Media Management

- Cloudinary

- Frontify

- Brandfolder

- Canto

- Strong understanding of

- Metadata management

- Taxonomy and content classification

- Digital asset governance

- Workflow management

- Content lifecycle management
- Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Good knowledge of content publishing and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to Sitecore Content Hub.
- Experience with CMS platforms and Headless Content Architecture.
- Understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting for operational efficiencies.
