About 30 Sundays
We are an AI-native holiday planning and booking platform built primarily for couples — honeymoons, anniversaries, and the trips people save up for years to take. We plan and book across Bali, the Maldives, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and more, with genuine price transparency, hotels rated 8+ and no tourist traps. We stay with our couples on the trip itself through our app.
We are rated 4.6 on Google. We are a team of IIT-IIM alums with previous work experience of BCG, Apple, Flipkart, Uber, Shuttl and more. In July 2026 we raised ₹61 crore (Series A) led by Bessemer Venture Partners. A meaningful share of that capital is going into brand and marketing — which is exactly why this role exists. About the role
Couples researching a honeymoon read for weeks before they talk to anyone. They compare Bali against Vietnam, hotel against hotel, month against month. Search is where that research happens, and it is one of our most durable acquisition channels — content we publish this quarter will still be bringing us couples in two years.
We have two writers, an analyst and an agency. What we do not have is someone who owns the standard: what we publish, how valuable it has to be, and how it ladders to a couple actually enquiring. That is you.
On GEO: a growing share of our category's research now happens inside AI assistants rather than a results page. Being the source those answers are built from is a different discipline from ranking, and we want someone who takes it seriously rather than treating it as a buzzword.
What you will own The editorial standard - you are the last read before anything publishes The content roadmap - which destinations, comparisons, itineraries and questions we cover, and in what order
Two writers - briefing, editing, and genuinely developing them The agency relationship - you set the brief and interrogate what comes back rather than accepting it
Search and AI-assistant visibility together - traditional SEO plus structured, citable content that AI assistants can use The conversion path - traffic that never becomes an enquiry is a vanity number, and you will be measured on the second thing What we are looking for
4–7 years in content and SEO, with at least some of it editing other people's work rather than only writing your own
You have owned a traffic number and moved it, and can talk about how with specifics - not "improved rankings"
You brief and edit well. You can make an average writer good, and you can explain why a piece is not working in terms they can act on
You understand search intent properly - the difference between someone comparing destinations and someone ready to book shapes everything about a page
You have opinions about AI assistants and search, informed by having actually watched what happens to your content
You can hold an agency to account - read their reporting critically and push back when the story does not match the data Nice to have
Travel, hospitality, or another high-consideration category with a long research cycle
Working knowledge of structured data and technical SEO - enough to brief a developer, not to be one
Experience building a content function rather than inheriting one
