About the Role

We are looking for a Content Creator Intern who loves creating short-form videos and experimenting with new content ideas. Your goal is to produce a high volume of creatives, test different hooks and formats, and identify what drives app installs and revenue. You'll create everything from UGC videos to performance ads while helping us build a content engine that consistently produces winning creatives. What You'll Do

Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads

Produce content around the app, its features, user journeys, and new launches

Experiment with different creative formats including UGC, storytelling, trends, reactions, and both hard-sell and soft-sell ads

Research viral trends and adapt them to promote the app

Shoot and edit videos using CapCut, Edits, or similar mobile editing tools

Continuously ship a high volume of creatives and iterate based on performance

What We're Looking For

You have a strong understanding of short-form content and social media trends





You are comfortable speaking and appearing on camera

You enjoy experimenting with different content ideas rather than making the same type of video repeatedly

You have good storytelling instincts and know how to grab attention in the first few seconds

You can edit videos using CapCut, Edits, or similar tools

You are proactive, learn quickly, and enjoy working in a quick-paced startup environment

General Notes

Availability: 0-2 weeks

Compensation: INR 10,000-15,000 per month

Internship Type: Full-time, 6 days per week

Work Location: Remote

Duration: 3-6 months (with a potential full-time conversion based on performance)

Performance will primarily be evaluated on the number of creatives produced, variety of formats tested, and the ability to consistently identify winning content

Previous experience creating content for social media is a plus, but a strong portfolio matters more than formal experience
