Role Overview As a Content Creator Intern, you'll help shape how NetPurna shows up online. From showcasing our design thinking and studio culture to capturing everyday moments and insights, you'll work closely with the design and marketing teams to create content people genuinely enjoy engaging with. If you live on social media, understand trends before they peak, and love creating reels, short videos, or visual stories - this role is your creative playground.

Your Purpose on the Team Bring NetPurna's work, culture, and thinking to life across social platforms.

Capture behind-the-scenes moments, design processes, and everyday studio energy.

Turn ideas, trends, and conversations into engaging visual stories. What You'll Own & Drive Plan, shoot, and edit content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

Pitch and produce reels, stories, carousels,



and short-form videos.

Build and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.

Stay current with trends in formats, audio, and topics - and adapt them to NetPurna's voice.

Engage with the community through comments, DMs, shares, and conversations.

Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and brand presence.

Track basic performance metrics and use insights to improve content quality and reach.

What We're Looking For 0-2 years of experience in content creation (personal projects absolutely count).

Strong interest in social media, storytelling, and visual content.

Familiarity with tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar editing software.

Good understanding of what works across Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video platforms.

Explicit communication skills and an eye for detail.

Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment.
