Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Oversee site engineering activities, including civil construction, building construction, and real estate development.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working workplace on-site.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-10 years of experience in construction management or related field (civil engineering).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.

- Strong understanding of civil project management principles and practices.

Proven track record of successfully managing high-rise buildings (township), villas, residential complexes, commercial buildings.
