Construction Planning & Execution:

- Plan and execute day-to-day construction activities as per the project schedule

- Ensure proper construction sequencing and site logistics management

- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work.

- Coordinate execution activities, including RCC, piling, block-work, plastering, finishing, and other civil works

Drawing & Technical Coordination:

- Study GFC (Good for Construction) drawings thoroughly before execution

- Identify discrepancies in drawings and raise RFIs where required

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for technical clarifications

Site Supervision & Workforce Management:

- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams at the site

- Monitor labor deployment against planned manpower requirements

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

Quality Control & Safety:

- Inspect reinforcement, shuttering/form-work (including aluminum shuttering), and concreting activities before execution

- Ensure all activities comply with quality standards and safety guidelines

- Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions across the site

- Conduct material inspections and coordinate testing activities as per project requirements

Material Planning & Reconciliation:

- Prepare material indents and monitor material consumption at the site

- Coordinate RMC supply and concreting schedules

- Carry out reconciliation of steel, cement, RMC,



and other construction materials

Measurement, Billing & Documentation:

- Verify measurements and executed quantities at the site

- Prepare and check BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)

- Maintain daily site records, registers, checklists, and execution reports

- Prepare MIS reports, including DPR, WPR, Monthly Progress Reports, delay logs, and schedule tracking reports

Meetings & Coordination:

- Attend periodic project review meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors

- Provide regular updates regarding progress, delays, challenges, and site requirements to management.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Handle any other construction or site-related responsibilities assigned by reporting managers or project heads

Requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site execution practices of residential projects

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously

- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on quality and timelines

Educational Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering(Mandatory)

- Note: Candidates who have only completed a diploma are not at all eligible for the role
