Role Description

Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects from planning through execution and final handover.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, contract requirements, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Review construction drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and method statements.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.

Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders.

Supervise site teams and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.

Resolve technical, design,



and construction-related issues in coordination with project stakeholders.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.

Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management and clients.

Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil / B.Tech Civil).

Experience in managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects.

Robust knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, project planning, and contract administration.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
