Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
- Conduct thorough research on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Provide expert advice on legal matters related to IT services and consulting projects.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in a similar role within the IT services or consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of Indian Contract Act, Transfer Pricing Guidelines, Income Tax Laws, etc.
- Excellent drafting skills for complex legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and memoranda of understanding (MOUs).
- Proven track record in vetting contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
